Dancing Through (Un)common Worlds 2023

During the opening of Dancing Through (Un)common Worlds in the Vishal, curated by Lola Bezemer, Alexandra Loembé danced alongside and with the artworks.

A long cloth weaves, along the pillars, through the space of the Vishal to form several intimate spaces through which the visitor moves. Successively you come face to face with a waterfall of hair, a whistling butterfly, ceramic sculptures and tufted Joshua trees.

Participating artists are Sanne Bax, Lola Bezemer (curator), Britt Dorenbosch, Lenny van Gent, Paulina Mellado, Lola Schot, Ananda Serné and Hilla Spitzer.
