Fii 2026
Fii (here in Wolof) explores pressure, impact, resilience, mental health, and a reality experienced by many artists in society. Through encounters, lived experiences, solitude, and fears, Fii opens up inner worlds, transforming the stage into a space of struggle, refuge, and strength, where bodies tell the unspeakable.
Fii is a creation born from an 8-day residency at the French Institute in Saint-Louis, Senegal. It s a collaboration and co-creation between choreographer Alexandra Loembé and four dancers, initiated by the Fii ak Fee company as part of the Ndadjee Street Festival.
